-The O.A. WINTER BANQUET will be held in Rogersville at the High School on December 6. The purpose is to recognize event chairmans and to award vigil honors to arrowman.The cost is .00 which includes dinner. The last patch of the set of four with the gold border will go on sale for or you can get the whole set for .00. -The O.A. Service Day at Camp Davy Crocket will be on Saturday, December 13. The purpose of this weekend is to properly instruct everyone on how to set up the tent frames.
Past Events
-L.L.T.S. is November 7-9 in Gatlinburg, TN.
-FALL FELLOWSHIP is September 12-14 at Camp Davy Crocket. All members should take part in the event because it is a great time to meet fellow arrowmen and each chapter competes in field games, O.A quiz, etc.
-The SUMMER ORDEAL is August 15-17.

Eluwak Chapter Goals
1.Website Team, The webmaster would like your help in working on the website. Each person will have a particular page to work with. This would be a great service to the chapter. The requirements are: Internet Access. No others, no experience necessary! The development team will be like a newspaper with stories!
2. Regalia, We would like to have our very own ceremonies team, we have lately done firelighting ceremonies. For more info send an email.
3. Election Team, This is the group that will conduct elections for the troops in our district for the OA. Just as a team visited your troop for elections. The election Team this year will be different. Regalia Required and Memorized parts. For more info, clik on the email link on the contact page.
4. Troop OA Representatives, Serves as a link between Troop and OA, Troop has a vote in Chapter Meetings. Eluwak chapter NEEDS participation from all troops at its meetings. The should be a selected individual who is in the OA from each troop to be the Troop OA Rep. (This is an official Position with a Patch)
